SHIPPING POLICY

Express Shipping

 

1 and 2 day delivery is available for some products. All orders placed at 3pm or after will not ship out until the next business day. All orders placed on Friday at 3pm or after will not ship out until Monday. Please notice that some of our products (Preorder Only) are custom made and can take up to 30 days to be manufactured in Brazil and can't be refunded, this information will be included in every item description. 2 Day express delivery does not include the day the product ships out. Express delivery orders are not delivered on Saturday or Sunday. Express orders should be delivered by the end of the estimated delivery day.

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

Returns and Exchanges

New merchandise, that has not been washed, worn, altered, or soiled and is still suitable for resale, may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Pending inspection, an exchange, refund or credit in the original form of payment, excluding shipping, will be issued. Except the Preorder Only products. After 30 days products will not be accepted for return or exchange. All merchandise sold as sets must be returned as sets. No returns are allowed on custom or clearance items.

 

All Returns and exchanges may include an exchange fee or restocking fee.

To return or exchange a product:

  • Wrap merchandise securely.

  • Include a copy of your proof of purchase.

  • Ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. (Voūk USA is not responsible for packages lost in transit)
